For the first phase, we built two separate additions, including a new garage entry, adding a main floor closet, a mudroom with built-in lockers, laundry with two sets of machines, and a butler's pantry.

In phase two the second addition of the previous kitchen doubled the kitchen's footprint and added an extremely large dining area and new deck that has an awesome indoor/outdoor window connection. Another cool feature is the double dishwashers anchored by a beautiful farmhouse ceramic sink. An under-cabinet beverage fridge, huge windows overlooking the wetlands, and statement backsplash make this space functional and unique. We also continued throughout the main level and refinished their fireplace built-in wall.

In phase three we finished the basement. These clients knew they wanted to go all out and they did – with a movie theater room, snake bar, wet bar, game area, and more! We brought the look and feel of one of their favorite restaurants to life with moody wallpaper, black shiplap ceilings, red brick, and more!
