These clients debated whether adding an addition to provide them with more space would give them their dream kitchen/storage. However, the cost breakdown would have been far greater, and we decided to work with their current space.

By taking down the wall between the dining and kitchen, we put in a large island and a larger patio door that allows more light into the space. Keeping with the traditional feel of the home, we updated the space with fun countertop waterfalls and backsplash, pairing it with a timeless cabinetry style and fixtures.
